How we Transfer Your Prescription
Option#1 - Pharmacy to Pharmacy
By clicking here to fill out our contact form or calling us and providing the following information, we can transfer your strips prescription to your local Bayshore Specialty Rx Ltd., pharmacy or partner pharmacy within the day. Click Here to view all of our pharmacy partners.
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Name of the product or Prescription you want to transfer
- Pharmacy Name
- Pharmacy Address
Once your prescription is at our pharmacy we can adjudicate and send out your products, same day.
Option#2 - Your doctor can fax it to us directly.
Ask your doctor to fax us your new prescriptions using our toll-free pharmacy fax number:
Limitations / Restrictions:
- Patients faxes will not be accepted. They must come from a doctor's office.
- If your doctor only gives paper prescriptions, we will need you to send it to our pharmacy first before we can process any orders. - Sorry!
How do I checkout and not pay once I have my prescription at Bayshore Specialty Rx?
At checkout, you will see a new payment option: I have a prescription at Bayshore Specialty Rx. Select this payment option and do not enter a credit card. The online site will process your order.
If there is a balance owing once we have billed your insurance plan we will contact you via phone and email to let you know what the balance is and have it settled before shipping.
Note: products will not ship without payment in full.
Can you bill in all provincial plans?
We can bill almost all provincial plans, except for RAMQ and plans within Nunavut, Northwest Territories and the Yukon at the moment. Quebec clients, if on private insurance, can be processed.
